Petitions, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions and/or Congratulations
Everyone has the right to submit requests, complaints, claims, suggestions or respectful congratulations to Apaes Neurorehabilitation Center, and to obtain a prompt response and/or solution.
Requests will be answered within a maximum period of ten business days from the date of receipt.
Notice about the veracity policy of the information provided
The user guarantees that the personal data provided through the complaints and claims petition mail are true and is responsible for notifying the entity of any modification in them, in the same way assumes the consequences of the omission of information or errors in them.
Apaes is not responsible for any loss or damage that the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided to us by email.
